During an otherwise puffball interview on NPR, Biden’s so-called “climate adviser” Ali Zaidi was asked how he is still operating the president’s silly “Climate Corps” even though Congress eliminated funding for the project by cutting it all out of the federal budget.
He ended up admitting that Biden is just stealing the money and wasting it on his idiotic project despite the express desire of Congress to get rid of it.
The question left the Pakistani-born, Harvard miseducated Zaidi sputtering in embarrassment that he was caught still spending federal money on something Congress thought it had canceled.
Zaidi was speaking to the host of NPR’s “Here and Now” radio show when he was asked how his American Climate Corps is still operating even though it was stripped out of the Inflation Reduction Act.
The leftist simp tried to bluff his way through the answer, saying the corps “was a good idea then and it’s a good idea now.”
but then he admitted that Biden — or whoever is pulling his puppet strings — used “executive” action to find the money by culling budgets “to bring together the authorities and resources of six different federal agencies.”
He added that Biden “made sure that we’re using all of the tools of the presidency, whether it’s executive actions to stand up the Climate Corps or his wartime powers with the Defense Production Act” on climate.
In other words, these leftist loons think climate change is the same as “war.”
Well, I guess it is a war. It is a war on capitalism.
NPR host Scott Tong then asked, “There were billions of dollars proposed for this idea when it was part of the bill known as the Inflation Reduction Act. It eventually passed, but this provision got taken out. So, where’s the money to pay for this?”
“What we’ve been able to do, thanks to the President using his executive authority, is to bring together the authorities and resources of six different federal agencies, coordinate them under one hub, team up with states, and team up with the private sector and philanthropy to get going after this vision,” Zaidi replied. “Just last week, we had five additional states step up, now ten total, who are implementing climate corps of their own, all stood up since 2021, since the President took office.”
So, Zaidi admitted that Biden is wasting America’s taxes on junk science and fake “emergencies” with this silly “climate corps” nonsense even when Congress thought it had defunded it.
It’s just more proof that liberals don’t care about democracy.
