Now we know why Biden fought like hell to keep anyone from getting the source material itself. He openly admitted to doing exactly the thing he turned the DOJ against Trump for doing.
We begin with a recap of how the Mar-A-Lago ‘investigation’ was handled, together with the dismissal of any charges against Biden, before looking at the new information. If you want to skip right to the new part, you an skip down to the second heading.
The Recap
The Biden tapes have FINALLY been made public, long after his own mishandling of classified material had become irrelevant. They — and the media reaction to both stories — stand in stark contrast to how his own DOJ was turned loose against Donald J Trump for what, in hindsight, was an orchestrated attempt to smear and destroy him.
Let’s recap a few of the features of the case against Trump. First off, just before leaving office, he publicly declared a declassification of an entire binder of classified documents. This underscores his unique Constitutional role as the sitting President and therefore personal embodiment of full Article II power. Others in the Executive branch do so explicitly as recipients of his delegated Article II authority.
We were told that the Records Administration was beefing with Trump over boxes taken to Mar-A-Lago. In reality, the were prompted to do so by White House. In April 2022, Biden’s DOJ initiated instructions to NARA for a request of those documents. Biden’s White House denied ‘privilege’ assertions. The DOJ developed informants in Mar-A-Lago while the details of compliance were still being hashed out by representatives by both sides. Federal government was the first to break off contact while Trump team was still cooperative. It escalated. No compelling legal predicate for the sort of raid given was supplied. (Even internal legal counsel said so.) A large-scale raid was planned deliberately on a day when Trump would be out of town. And that’s before we get to the irregularities with Jack Smith: his appointment, venue choice, misuse of grand jury, allegations of witness tampering and so on.
So desperate were the to destroy Trump that they were willing to cut any corner so long as it delivered the outcome they wanted. (Including trampling several of the basic Constitutional rights granted to every citizen… including a former President.) How many times were we told that the infamous photo of the documents strewn on the floor was proof of Trump’s careless handling of state secrets — only for us (eventually) learn that photo was not how the documents were found, but it was how the agents spread them across the floor for reasons of collecting photo evidence.
And then oops! News broke about Biden — and Pence — having some issues with the misuse of classified materials. What’s different about both Biden and Pence was the fact that neither was President at the time of the mishandling of said classified materials, so the defense Trump was uniquely able to declassify such material.
Classified documents turned up in Biden’s garage. In his home. Even in an unlocked closet in his Penn State office. They were practically spilling out of every pocket, and dated to his time as either Senator or Veep.
More than that, it came to light that he drew on that classified information the ghost-writing of his book. An investigation was launched into that claim by Robert Hur. He found it to be a real criticism, but not one that could be successfully prosecuted in a court of law, because he assumed a jury would take his deteriorating mental state into consideration and refuse to convict.
The public was given a transcript, of the Hur interview, but fought for access both the the audio tapes of the interview that would shed light on the declining mental state a prosecutor had just attributed to a then-sitting President of the United States, as well as more concrete evidence for him drawing such a conclusion.
But after a long and drawn-out legal battle, the public now has access to the tapes from when Biden sat down with a ghost-writer in 2016-7 for his ‘Promise Me Dad’ book about his dead son.
The New Revelations
Jesse Watters has compiled some of the big ones into his opening monologue. You can hear Biden, during the final days of his time as Obama’s Veep — in his own voice. Not only was he admitting back then that he was mishandling documents, but he was showcasing long before running for President that his mental capacity was already badly in decline.
🚨 BREAKING: THE BIDEN TAPES JUST DROPPED AND HE COULDN'T REMEMBER A THING… 10 YEARS AGO!🚨

This hits journos twice over.
First because the same ones screaming for DJT’s head on a plate for years had absolutely nothing to day about Biden’s box of documents parked next to his shiny green car.
Second, because it puts the lie to everything Biden’s defenders (in politics and the media) have been saying for years about him being — and I quote — ‘sharp as a tack’.
The video above is a supercut of that crowd defending the ‘sharp’ intellect of Joe Biden around the time of the disastrous debate with Trump that got the rug pulled out from under him in the debate.
Yet somehow the same clowns that defended Biden are STILL trying to claim Trump is struggling with cognitive decline.
If they had any sense of decency or shame, most of them would recognize they’ve been exposed as pathetic political lackeys, apologize, and resign in disgrace.
Of course, the have no such sense of decency or shame. So they’ll go on gaslighting us until no audience is left to justify subsidizing their rantings.
